• Review your estimate. We inspect the visible damage and prepare a preliminary written estimate. Already have an estimate from your insurer? Bring it with you so we can review it against the damage.
• Handle repair questions with your adjuster. Our team provides damage documentation and communicates with the adjuster about the work your vehicle needs.
• Prepare and submit supplements. If disassembly during authorized repairs reveals hidden damage, we document the additional work and submit an itemized supplement to the insurer. We follow up on repair-related questions and explain any changes to you.
• Keep you informed. We explain what’s being repaired, what’s awaiting an insurer’s response and how changes affect the repair plan. You’ll have a local team to ask questions and help you through the process.

Your insurer determines coverage under the policy. We’ll explain the estimate and repair-related costs before you authorize the work.
