From visible damage to the full repair plan

From a parking scrape to collision damage

A dented door, scratched panel or damaged bumper deserves a clear answer, even when you aren’t making an insurance claim. We assess parking-lot dents, garage scrapes, sideswipes and collision damage, then explain what can be repaired, what needs replacement and where a closer inspection is needed.

Body & panels

Bumpers, doors, fenders and other body panels can be dented, cracked or pushed out of alignment. We assess the damage and applicable repair procedures before recommending repair or replacement. Explore our auto body repair services.

Paint & refinishing

Preparation, color matching and blending as required for the repair. See how we approach painting and refinishing.

Structure & related systems

Inspection and measurement guide structural repairs. We also coordinate accident-related suspension, steering and mechanical concerns.

Scans, alignment and driver-assistance system calibration depend on your vehicle and the repair procedures. We identify the required operations and explain the final checks.

A closer look at Cadillac collision repairs

Real repair records show why an accident repair often involves more than the panel you can see.

2025 Cadillac LYRIQ: beyond the front bumper

For one silver LYRIQ, our final repair bill documents a front-end repair involving the hood, bumper cover, grille, left headlamp and related support components.

  • Left-fender and upper-rail repairs, with refinishing work.
  • Condenser replacement and A/C service alongside body repairs.
  • High-voltage system deactivation/reactivation and front-harness repair.
  • Pre- and post-repair scans, a front-camera replacement and calibration charges.

The record illustrates how body, paint, electrical and mechanical work can be connected on an electric Cadillac. It is one vehicle’s repair scope—not a checklist every LYRIQ needs.

GM battery electric vehicle specialty certified

GM EV-certified collision repair for electric Cadillacs

GM Collision Repair Network Battery Electric Vehicle Specialty Certified

Yes. Our Spring Mountain facility holds GM Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Specialty certification. We repair electric Cadillac body and accident damage, including the LYRIQ, with a plan based on the vehicle, impact and required GM procedures.

Share your Cadillac’s model year, VIN and damage details so we can confirm the repair scope. Bumper, panel and paint damage can involve nearby electrical, cooling or driver-assistance components. Battery and high-voltage concerns need their own assessment; exterior damage alone does not establish their condition.

A clear plan for paying for repairs

Insurance claim or self-pay?
You’re welcome here.

Help with your insurance repair

Bring your claim number, adjuster details and any estimate you’ve received. We prepare the repair estimate, document damage, communicate with the adjuster and submit supplements when inspection reveals additional accident damage.

We also help coordinate a rental when policy coverage or claim benefits are available. We explain the repair side and identify questions the insurer needs to answer.

Paying for repairs yourself

We review the damage, discuss appropriate repair options and provide an estimate before you authorize work. If hidden damage changes the scope or cost, we explain it and review the revised plan with you.

You get the same personal attention and clear updates whether an insurer is involved or you’re paying directly.

The insurer decides coverage, deductibles, rental limits and claim payment. Coordinating an insurance repair does not mean we are an insurer-affiliated or preferred shop.

What happens next

From the first call to collection

  1. Inspect & explain

Walk in for a free preliminary visual estimate, or call to plan your visit. Bring your keys and any existing estimate or claim details. We review visible damage and explain what needs closer inspection. Diagnostic work or disassembly is separate; we discuss any charges before you authorize it.

  2. Confirm & repair

Authorized disassembly can reveal hidden damage. We document it, review changes with you, coordinate supplements and parts, then organize the required repairs.

  3. Check & hand over

We complete the checks required for your repair and explain the work and paperwork at collection. Parts availability, hidden damage and claim decisions can change the expected timeline; we keep you informed.

If your Cadillac isn’t drivable, we can help get it here.

Call before arranging transport. We can arrange towing and coordinate pickup from an impound yard with the required authorization. Tell us where the vehicle is, and we’ll explain the release requirements, transport arrangements and charges to confirm.

A few useful answers

Questions before you book

Have a question about your specific Cadillac? Call the Spring Mountain team. We’ll explain what we can establish from the information you have and what needs an inspection.

Can you repair a small dent, scratch or bumper scrape without an insurance claim?

Yes. Bring your Cadillac to Spring Mountain for an inspection and a self-pay estimate. We’ll explain suitable repair options for parking dents, scraped bumpers, scratched panels and garage damage before you decide. A small mark can sometimes conceal damaged mounts or nearby components, so the final scope depends on what the inspection shows.

I’ve had an accident. Can you help with my Cadillac?

Yes. Our Spring Mountain team in Las Vegas repairs Cadillac accident damage, including electric models like the LYRIQ. We’ll look at the damage, explain the repairs and help you work through insurance—or give you a self-pay estimate. You’ll have a team to ask about the body, paint and accident-related mechanical work. If your car isn’t drivable, call us and we’ll help arrange towing.

How long will I be without my Cadillac?

We’ll give you an expected timeline once we’ve inspected the damage and checked which parts are available. If a part is delayed or we find hidden damage, we’ll let you know what it means for your repair. You shouldn’t have to guess what’s happening with your car—we keep you informed about the work, what we’re waiting for and the next step.

Can you help with a rental while my car is being repaired?

Yes. Tell us you need a rental when you book your repair, and we’ll help coordinate it if your insurance policy or claim provides coverage. We’ll help clarify the approved rate and dates, too. If the repair runs longer, we can send the insurer a repair update to support an extension request. Extra rental days still need approval, so it’s worth checking before the current authorization ends.

What if my Cadillac is leased or I’m still making payments?

Let us know when you bring it in, especially if your lender is also named on the insurance check. We’ll help gather the estimate, final repair bill and shop information they request. Your lender can confirm how the check needs to be handled. For Cadillac Financial customers, this repair checklist explains the paperwork.

Can I get an estimate and pay for the repairs myself?

Of course. Whether it’s a scraped bumper or more serious damage, you’re welcome here without an insurance claim. We’ll inspect your Cadillac, explain what can be repaired and what needs replacing, and give you an estimate before you decide. If taking the damaged area apart reveals more work, we’ll discuss the added cost with you before going ahead.

Will my Cadillac get genuine GM parts?

We’ll go over the parts in your estimate with you and advocate for genuine GM parts when they’re appropriate for the repair. If your insurer has allowed for an aftermarket or recycled part, we’ll explain the difference and document any repair requirements that support a different choice. We can’t promise what an insurer will approve, but we can help you understand the options before you authorize the work.

Your Cadillac. Your local team.
