A Thorough and Transparent Repair Process
An insurance company’s initial estimate is a starting document. It may not include every repair the vehicle requires.
Some accident damage cannot be confirmed from photographs or a visual inspection of the exterior. Additional damage may be found behind body panels or within the vehicle’s structural, suspension, cooling and electronic systems.
Our collision repair process includes:

- Documentation of visible and related damage.
- Preparation of a preliminary repair plan.
- Disassembly when necessary to identify hidden damage.

Collision estimates require an in-person inspection because photographs alone cannot reliably show every damaged part, mounting point or affected system.

This facility provides mechanical, collision, body and paint services for RVs, semi-trucks and commercial vehicles. General mechanical repairs for regular passenger vehicles are performed at our Spring Mountain location.
