A scraped door or cracked bumper can tell only part of the story. At Spring Mountain, our collision and mechanical teams coordinate a repair plan for the visible damage and the systems an impact may have affected.

Accident-related mechanical concerns

Suspension, steering, alignment, and affected systems are considered alongside the bodywork. Required scans, calibrations, and relearns depend on the vehicle and repair.

Tell us how the car feels, too. If it pulls, makes a new noise, or shows a warning light after the accident, tell our team. We want to understand how it drives as well as how it looks.

Less guesswork. More guidance.

We help with the
insurance side, too.

You shouldn’t have to explain repair procedures to an adjuster or wonder what a supplement means. Bring your claim number and any estimate you already have. We’ll review them with you.

  • Prepare the estimate and document the damage
  • Communicate with the adjuster about repair details
  • Document hidden damage and submit estimate updates, called supplements
  • Explain proposed work and customer responsibility before authorization

We advocate for appropriate repair procedures and OEM parts. Parts approval and payment depend on your policy and claim.

More about estimates and insurance repairs

Your choice of repair shop in Nevada

Nevada law allows insured drivers and claimants to choose a licensed body shop. An insurer can recommend a shop, but cannot require you to use that shop instead of another licensed facility. That choice does not guarantee payment of every repair charge. We’re an independent shop working with insurers on our customers’ repairs; coverage decisions remain with the insurer. Read Nevada’s repair-shop choice law.

Your repair, step by step

Know what happens next.

01 / INSPECT

We look at the damage together.

We listen, review the visible damage, and prepare a preliminary estimate. Hidden damage may need an in-person inspection and disassembly.

02 / PLAN

We establish the repair plan.

After authorization and drop-off, we inspect further, document findings, handle needed supplements, and coordinate parts and work.

03 / REPAIR

We keep you in the loop.

If parts, hidden damage, insurer review, or required procedures affect the estimate or pickup date, we explain what changed.

04 / PICKUP

We check and review the work.

Final checks address finish, fit, operation, and required procedures. At pickup, we review the repair and relevant care instructions.
