A PORSCHE DESERVES A CONSIDERED REPAIR

Beautiful lines.
Careful work.

A bumper scrape, a dented door or a serious collision can change how you feel about your car. We help you understand what it will take to put it right.

Universal Motorcars provides Porsche auto body, paint and collision repairs at 3570 W Post Road and 5585 Spring Mountain Road. Start with a free preliminary visual estimate. Bring your insurance estimate if you have one—or simply tell us what happened.

Our team looks beyond the obvious damage, discusses parts and refinishing, and coordinates the repair with you. You get an explanation of the work, a point of contact and updates when the plan changes.

PORSCHE BODYWORK & REFINISHING

The finish is
in the details.

A Porsche’s shape makes uneven gaps, a wavering reflection or a mismatched panel easy to notice. We plan bodywork and refinishing together so the repaired area belongs with the rest of the car.

01

Paint matching & blending

The paint code is the starting point. We assess the existing finish and color variation, then plan color matching and any necessary blending into adjacent panels. Metallic and pearl finishes need attention to how the color looks from different angles.

02

Panel fit & trim

Doors, fenders, hood edges and bumpers should meet cleanly. Repair planning includes panel gaps, mounting points, seals, moldings and the trim that has to come off for a proper refinish.

03

Final finish checks

We check the repaired area for fit, color transition and finish quality, review the work with you and explain paint-care instructions at pickup.

FROM PARKING DAMAGE TO ACCIDENT REPAIRS

Start with the damage.
Build the right plan.

Some damage can be repaired. Some parts need replacing. The decision comes from the condition of the part, its function and the repair requirements for your Porsche.

01 / COSMETIC
White Porsche Panamera hood, headlight and paint finish

Scratches, dents & scuffs

We inspect the depth of the damage and the condition of the finish. A shallow mark, a dent with intact paint and a crease through a bodyline can call for very different work.

02 / BODY & PANELS

Bumpers, doors & fenders

Broken tabs, stretched metal, damaged edges and sensor locations all affect whether repair is appropriate. We explain the recommendation before the work begins.

03 / COLLISION

Front, rear & side impacts

We assess visible damage alongside the supports, structure, suspension and electronic systems that may have taken the force of the impact.

A CLOSER LOOK CHANGES THE PLAN

The visible damage
is the beginning.

A bumper cover can hide damaged brackets, reinforcement, wiring or nearby components. An initial visual estimate cannot show everything behind it.

After you authorize disassembly, we document what is exposed and review the repair scope. That information helps us decide which parts can be repaired, what needs replacement and whether additional measurements or system checks are needed.

For an insurance repair, newly discovered work is documented in a supplement. For self-pay work, we explain the added scope and cost before proceeding.

THE WAY IT IS BUILT MATTERS

More than what meets the eye.

Modern Porsche repairs connect body structure, electronics and driving systems. We build those requirements into the repair conversation.

Materials & structural repair

Porsche construction varies by model and generation. Aluminum, high-strength steel and bonded or riveted joints require specific repair methods. We identify the material and the affected area before planning straightening, joining or replacement.

For major accident damage, measurement and the model-specific repair information guide the structural plan. A method suitable for one panel is not automatically suitable for another.

Scans, sensors & calibration

A bumper repair may involve parking sensors or radar; damage near glass or mounting points may affect cameras. We evaluate required diagnostic scans, alignment and calibration based on the vehicle’s equipment, the impact and the procedures for the work performed.

A scan reads electronic faults. Calibration sets or verifies a sensor’s aim. One does not replace the other. We coordinate the required checks as part of the repair plan.

Why the bumper repair area matters

Porsche places specific restrictions on repairs and refinishing in radar transmission areas. If the proposed work is not permitted because it could affect the sensors, replacement may be required. That is why a repair decision needs more than a photo of the scratch.

Genuine Porsche parts, for a reason

We recommend genuine Porsche replacement parts for their intended fit, material specifications and compatibility with the vehicle’s design. Those details matter at structural joints, panel edges and sensor mounting points.

We identify the parts in your repair estimate and explain any difference between our recommendation and the insurer’s estimate before you authorize the work.

911 · 718 Boxster & Cayman

Low front bumpers, sculpted fenders and precise bodylines make both damage assessment and finish quality important.

From a parking scrape to a side impact, we evaluate bumpers, doors, panels, trim and the systems around the damage.

Panamera · Taycan

Body, paint and accident repairs planned around the model, generation, powertrain and equipment on your vehicle.

TAYCAN & PORSCHE HYBRID COLLISION CARE

Electric performance.
A careful collision plan.

We handle Porsche EV and hybrid body, paint and collision inquiries with attention to the vehicle’s high-voltage systems and the areas affected by the impact.

On a Taycan, the underbody battery enclosure is part of the vehicle’s safety structure. Underbody contact, damage near the enclosure, coolant leaks or warning messages need assessment before the repair scope is set.

We plan the body repair, required safety procedures and any specialist coordination. Battery diagnosis or internal battery repair is a separate scope that must be evaluated with the appropriate specialist.

If your Porsche has warning messages, fluid leaks, wheel damage or a dragging panel after an accident, call us before driving it. We can help arrange transport.

BEFORE YOU BRING IT IN

A few things
worth knowing.

Have an estimate or a question about the damage? Bring it with you. We’ll walk through it together.

Ask our team ↗
Is a Porsche collision estimate free?

Yes. Our preliminary visual collision estimate is free. It covers the damage we can see at that stage. Disassembly, diagnostic work or detailed inspections may be needed to establish the complete repair scope; we explain those steps and obtain authorization before proceeding.

How long will my Porsche repair take?

We give you a working timeline once the repair scope and parts needs are clearer. Hidden damage, parts availability, insurance review, paint work and required calibrations can affect the completion date. We update you when a change affects the plan.

What warranty covers the body and paint work?

Our collision paint and workmanship carry a limited lifetime warranty while the original owner retains the vehicle, subject to the written warranty terms. The warranty is not transferable. We review the coverage that applies to your completed repair.

Can I bring an estimate from my insurance company?

Yes. Bring the estimate, claim number and adjuster’s contact information. We inspect your Porsche and compare the visible damage and proposed work. If authorized inspection reveals additional damage, we document it and submit a supplement for the insurer’s review.

Can I choose Post Road or Spring Mountain?

Yes. Both Universal Motorcars locations provide Porsche collision repairs. Call Post Road at 702-430-1000 or Spring Mountain at 702-754-6774 to arrange the inspection and discuss drop-off or towing.

Do you handle Porsche maintenance and mechanical inquiries?

For routine maintenance or a mechanical concern unrelated to an accident, start with our mechanical service information and contact Spring Mountain. Accident-related suspension, alignment and diagnostic needs are considered within the collision repair plan.
