Universal Motorcars provides full-service mechanical repair for domestic, Asian, European, luxury and electric vehicles.
Our customers visit us for everyday maintenance and mechanical problems—not only for repairs connected to an accident.
Our mechanical services include:
Our technicians begin with the vehicle’s symptoms, condition and diagnostic results. We identify the cause of the problem before recommending the appropriate repair.
Whether your vehicle needs routine maintenance, has a warning light, is making an unfamiliar noise or has a complex mechanical problem, you can bring it to Universal Motorcars without needing a collision-related reason.
Universal Motorcars performs collision repair ranging from minor exterior damage to major structural and accident-related repairs.
Our collision repair capabilities include:
Our collision team includes I-CAR Platinum technicians, and Universal Motorcars is recognized as an I-CAR Gold Class collision repair facility. These distinctions reflect our continuing investment in role-specific collision repair education.
Universal Motorcars is a part of manufacturer-certified collision repair programs for GM, Ford & Lincoln, FCA, Hyundai & Kia, and Nissan & INFINITI. Our certified repair processes are designed around manufacturer procedures, proper equipment, structural integrity and vehicle safety.
Factory-certified collision programs support access to specialized training, repair information and equipment requirements for participating manufacturers.
Our Spring Mountain facility participates in factory-certified collision repair programs for the following vehicle families:

Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick, Corvette and Hummer

Nissan and INFINITI
Beyond our factory-certified collision programs, Universal Motorcars repairs all makes and models with the same commitment to safety, precision and complete vehicle repair.

Universal Motorcars provides mechanical and collision repair for European, luxury and performance vehicles, including:
These vehicles often require specialized diagnostic equipment, technical information and experience with advanced suspension, electronic, climate-control and safety systems.
Our team evaluates each vehicle according to its design, condition and specific repair requirements. We do not rely on a one-size-fits-all recommendation based only on the vehicle’s badge.

Universal Motorcars provides Tesla mechanical and Tesla collision repair in Las Vegas.
Our Tesla capabilities include:
Electric vehicles combine traditional mechanical and structural components with high-voltage systems, electronic controls and advanced driver-assistance technology. Our mechanical and collision teams can evaluate how these systems interact when planning a repair.
Customers visit Universal Motorcars for standalone mechanical repair, routine maintenance or collision repair. Each service is available independently.
Our combined capabilities provide an additional advantage when a vehicle requires both mechanical and collision work.
An impact may leave visible damage to a bumper, fender or door while also affecting the suspension, steering, wheel alignment, cooling system or electronic components. Because our mechanical and collision departments operate within the same company, these concerns can be evaluated as parts of the same vehicle—not as unrelated problems.
An insurance company’s initial estimate is a starting document. It may not include every repair the vehicle requires.
Some accident damage cannot be confirmed from photographs or a visual inspection of the exterior. Additional damage may be found behind body panels or within the vehicle’s structural, suspension, cooling and electronic systems.
Our collision repair process includes:
Collision estimates require an in-person inspection because photographs alone cannot reliably show every damaged part, mounting point or affected system.
Our Spring Mountain location provides complete mechanical and collision repair for passenger vehicles. It is also the primary location for our factory-certified collision repair programs.
Services include routine maintenance, mechanical diagnostics, major repairs, collision inspections, auto body repair, refinishing and Tesla and other EV mechanical services.
Our Post Road location specializes in passenger and luxury-vehicle collision repair, Tesla mechanical and alignment services, and work involving larger vehicles.
This facility provides mechanical, collision, body and paint services for RVs, semi-trucks and commercial vehicles. General mechanical repairs for regular passenger vehicles are performed at our Spring Mountain location.
