An accident brings enough uncertainty. Getting your Audi repaired shouldn’t add to it.
At Universal Motorcars, we handle bodywork, paint and collision repairs for Las Vegas Audi owners. We explain what we can see, what needs a closer look and how the findings affect your estimate. You have a team to speak with about the repair and the insurance paperwork.
Start with our Post Road collision team, or visit Spring Mountain. Both locations handle collision repairs. We’ll help you choose the right next step for your vehicle.

More than the visible panels. Damage like this calls for inspection of adjacent mounting points, door openings and affected systems before the final repair plan is set.
The details that make
an Audi look like an Audi.
A sharp body line. An even door gap. A finish that reads consistently in the Las Vegas sun. Those details belong in the repair plan from the start.
Scrapes, dents & damaged panels
Parking damage can involve more than a mark in the paint. We assess the depth of a scratch, the shape of a dent and the condition of bumpers, doors, fenders and attachment points. Paintless dent repair may suit a small dent with intact paint and suitable access; stretched metal or broken paint needs a different approach.
Paint match, metallic & pearl
Your Audi’s paint code is a starting point. Color variants, the existing finish, metallic flake and pearl effects influence the match. The refinishing plan considers color checks, spray-out comparisons and blending into neighboring panels when needed, along with clear coat and finish quality.
Trim, fit & the final finish
Grilles, moldings, seals, lamps and panel gaps all affect the result. A bumper cover can look close while its brackets or sensor mounts are damaged. We consider fit, attachment and the affected equipment together, rather than treating every impact as a paint-only repair.

What the first
estimate can’t see.
A free preliminary visual collision estimate covers damage we can see without dismantling the car. Walk-ins are welcome at either location during business hours. A visual estimate is a starting point; further inspection can reveal damage behind a panel.
Once authorized disassembly exposes the area, brackets, absorbers, wiring, sensors or structural damage may change the scope. We document additional findings and explain the proposed work. On an insurance claim, that documentation supports a supplement to the initial estimate.
Repair or replacement depends on the damage, access, material and Audi’s vehicle-specific repair information—not simply the price of a panel. We discuss any necessary teardown, diagnostic or other inspection charges before you authorize that work.
Real Audis.
Real attention to detail.
From exposed bumper components to a closer look under the hood, careful inspection helps define the work your car needs.

The parts you don’t normally see.
Removing a cover gives access to attachment points and components hidden from a first visual estimate.

Look closely. Plan carefully.

The right questions
for your Audi.
A model badge is only the beginning. The VIN, equipment and impact determine the repair information, parts and checks that apply.
Materials & structural decisions
Audi models use different combinations of steel, aluminum and other materials. Location, material strength, approved joining methods and measurement requirements affect whether a part can be repaired or must be replaced. Structural work needs a model-specific assessment of procedures, equipment and repair scope.
Scans, sensors & calibration
A diagnostic scan, a wheel alignment and an ADAS calibration do different jobs. Depending on the vehicle and repair, work around a bumper, camera, radar sensor or suspension can trigger specific checks or calibration procedures. We identify the required operations and coordinate them as part of the repair plan, including specialist work when necessary.
How ADAS calibration fits into collision repairA wheel impact deserves a closer look
A hit to a wheel or curb can affect a tire, wheel, suspension, steering or axle components even when the body damage looks modest. Tell us about pulling, vibration or a changed steering-wheel position. These concerns need inspection, not just a cosmetic repair or an automatic assumption that alignment will solve them.
Why we recommend OEM parts
Genuine Audi collision parts are designed for the vehicle’s fit, materials and systems. We recommend them and explain the parts proposed on your estimate, including any insurance allowance differences. Audi’s published position does not support alternative collision structural components or recycled suspension, steering and drive-axle parts with an unknown history.

Specific to your car.
Talk with us about body and paint damage on your A3, A4, A5, A6 or A7, or a Q3, Q5, Q7 or Q8. S and RS variants can have different trim, wheels, brakes and equipment, so we check the actual vehicle rather than assume its parts match the standard model.
For an e-tron, send the model, year and damage details so we can confirm the body and paint work we can support. Impact near the high-voltage system needs a separate assessment and qualified handling. Bodywork is not the same service as internal battery repair.
Less chasing.
More clarity.
Whether insurance is involved or you’re paying directly, you deserve to understand the work, the paperwork and the expected timing.
Call with the damage details
Tell us what happened, where your Audi is and whether it can move safely. We can help coordinate towing or an impound pickup with the required owner authorization and release arrangements.
Review the estimate together
Bring your insurer’s estimate if you have one. We help with repair documentation, communication and supplements for additional damage. For self-pay work, we explain the scope and options before you authorize repairs.
Plan around your repair
We help coordinate rental arrangements and explain repair progress. Parts availability, additional findings, insurer approvals and required calibration can affect timing. Rental coverage and payment depend on your policy or arrangement.

Before you
bring it in.
Can I drive my Audi after the accident?
Don’t rely on the way the exterior looks. If there are fluid leaks, a damaged tire or wheel, loose bodywork, warning lights, or changes in steering or braking, arrange an assessment before driving. If you are unsure, call us to discuss towing. For an immediate hazard, move to safety and contact emergency services.
What should I bring for my estimate?
Bring your Audi, contact details, claim information and any estimate you already received. Photos of the impact and the vehicle’s VIN are useful for the first conversation. Tell us about any warning messages or changes you noticed after the accident.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our applicable limited lifetime warranty covers collision-repair paint and workmanship while the original customer owns the vehicle. It is non-transferable and subject to the written warranty’s terms and exclusions. Ask us to review the coverage for your repair when you collect your Audi.
Can you help if I need routine Audi mechanical service?
Yes—contact our Spring Mountain team for general passenger-vehicle mechanical service. This page covers collision damage and related repair needs, including mechanical components affected by an impact.
