Maintenance depends on the vehicle
An EV and a hybrid have different needs.
A battery-electric vehicle has no combustion engine needing an engine-oil change. A hybrid still has an engine, so its oil and other engine-maintenance requirements remain vehicle-specific.
Tesla’s maintenance guidance covers items such as tires, filters, brakes and climate-control service. Requirements vary by model, year and equipment; the owner’s manual is the starting point, rather than a universal mileage package.

Confirm the scope before arranging the visit.
For a charging fault, high-voltage warning, drive-unit concern or another EV make, call before arranging transport. We’ll need the vehicle details and the concern to confirm whether the requested work is available. A warning message alone does not establish which component needs replacement.
Follow the vehicle’s warning instructions. Do not open or work on high-voltage components or cabling. If the vehicle instructs you to stop or not drive, follow that guidance and arrange appropriate professional assistance.

Accident damage?
If your visit is for accident damage, explore our Tesla collision-repair services. Body repair and mechanical diagnosis can involve different inspection and estimate processes.
